KÔR is a Pilates based fitness studio in Huntington Beach, California. KÔR’s signature training style is Pilates based because we use training techniques that challenge the core in every exercise, whether it is an exercise as basic as a bicep curl or one that is as dynamic as a push-up. By incorporating the principles of functional weight training with the principles of Pilates we feel that our clients can achieve the best of both worlds without feeling intimated by either discipline. However, we also offer strictly Pilates and/or strictly weight training as two separate training programs for our clients. If you have always wanted to try Pilates but never thought it would be enough of a “workout” for you to see the results that you want then try the KÔR difference. Vice-versa, with weight training, if you believe that you are getting too “bulky” or maybe you are just feeling bored with your same old training style then spice it up with a KÔR workout.
