We've taken out all the usual treadmills and circuit machines that are boring and rarely produce results. Our goal is to provide each client with a unique experience, produce results, using fun and challenging equipment. With small group sessions as well as 1 on 1 training there's something for everyone. Everything is adjustable to any ability for both men and women of all ages. We're the only place in Idaho with a full TRX Suspension Training system.
