A smaller more intimate approach to fitness with an emphasis on personal attention. We have circuit training on high end Italian equipment that features tracking computers on each station. These tracking computers guide you through the workout by telling you what to do, giving you feedback, recording your performance, and progressing you the next time based on your previous workout data. There is a fitness coach on duty at all times, who is there to help you with the equipment, but more importantly there to motivate and inspire you. We have all types of members, those new to exercise, and all the way up to competitive athletes. Everyone enjoys the positive human interaction.
