| Description: | Excel Lifeforce Martial Arts Training Center is a licensed American Taekwondo Association (ATA), Xtreme Martial Arts (XMA)school and the only Certified Gracie Jiu Jitsu academy in Minnesota. We offer training primarily in Traditional Taekwondo and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, but also include Mixed Martial Arts (MMA)instruction in Xtreme M Karate, Kung Fu, Aikido, Muay Thai,and self-defense including knife and gun defense. We have 10 certified instructors with over 100 years combined teaching experience. We offer free trials, classes for ages 3 to adult, and no long term contract requirements. We serve the areas of Woodbury, Lake Elmo, Cottage Grove, St. Paul, W.St.Paul, Oakdale, Maplewood, and Hudson, WI. | |
