Each of them is highly qualified with a minimum of one nationally respected personal training certification. In addition to our personal training and weight management consulting, we are also pleased to offer specialized rehabilitation training for seriously injured and disabled clients who have completed physical therapy and want to continue the re-strengthening process and regain maximum potential.
