Description: Personal best Training is gym based or I can come to you and we can do Pilates, weights, circuit training, core and balance improvement, nutritional and supplemental advice and a fun, and exciting, results based program. I also have several fitness/gym facilities which we can also work out at. Houston Gym at 1501 Durham, H.B.U.Herman Memorial Wellness center of which you don't have to be a member to train at. So please remember whether its Pilates, weight training, weight loss, kickboxing cardio crossfit style high intensiity interval training, or a combination of all of the above, we can do whatever it takes to help you get to where you truly want to be. Your only question should be is how fit do you want to be?
